Liberate elbows and wrists within one minute

You can do it at the beginning or at the end of the day
to warm up your muscles or to recover.
Slide slowly between the two forearm's bones
From flexed elbow down to wrist.
Don't forget to relax your shoulders.
As you can see in the picture.
Repeat it 6 times following your breathing.
Then do the same thing on the other side.
