How do you use your abdominal muscles ?

Abdominal muscles are the main muscles of breathing out
So to use abdominal muscles, start with breathing.
To get a flat stomach, when you exhale, pull in your belly.
It must move backwards, and move closer to the back bone.
When you breathe in, relax your belly.
Do it again 10 times
You are working out gently.
